I hereby attest that all information listed within is, to the best of my knowledge, true and accurate. I understand that the cost to nominate my stallion to the Spotlight Futurity is $500.00 and will include an Auction Owner Certificate for my personal use.

In addition, I understand that in the result of a no-sale, I will be responsible for purchasing my stallion's breeding service for a minimum of $500 or $600 to receive his second available Auction Certificate.
